If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using Needle, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
When you invite others to a shared account, you are responsible for the access levels you grant them. Members with edit permissions can add records and upload transactional data to that account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

Needle offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Needle and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the financial data and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as analytics, payment processors, and SMS parsing on your device. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Needle is a personal finance tool and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Needle and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
