Payment Deducted but Subscription Not Activated

There are several common reasons why a payment might be deducted but the subscription is not activated immediately:

1. Payment Processing Delay

Some payment methods (such as UPI, debit cards, or certain wallets) may take a few minutes to several hours to confirm the transaction.

2. Temporary System Delay

Occasionally, there may be a delay between successful payment and subscription activation due to server synchronization.

3. Incomplete Transaction

In some cases, the bank may debit the amount but the transaction may not be confirmed by the payment gateway.

4. Account Mismatch

If you made the payment while logged into a different account or email address, the subscription may be activated on that account instead.

What You Can Do

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Wait for 10–30 Minutes: In many cases, the subscription activates automatically after the payment confirmation is processed.
  2. Refresh or Log Out and Log Back In: Refresh the page or sign out and sign back into your account to update your subscription status.
  3. Check Your Payment Receipt: Verify that the payment was successfully completed and that you received a confirmation from your bank or payment provider.
  4. Check the Correct Account: Ensure you are logged into the same account used during the purchase.

If the Issue Still Persists

If your subscription is still not activated after 1 hour, please contact our support team with the following details:

  1. Registered email address
  2. Payment date and time
  3. Transaction ID / Order ID
  4. Payment method used (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
  5. Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)

Our support team will verify the transaction and activate your subscription or initiate a refund if necessary.
