Keeping track of your payments and subscription history is simple and easy with Needle Expense Tracker. Whether you want to check a recent payment, review a past subscription, or look into a failed transaction, all of that information is available right at your fingertips directly within the app. Here is a quick and straightforward guide on how to access your billing history.


To get started, open the Needle Expense Tracker app on your mobile device and log in to your account using your registered email address and password. Once you are successfully logged in and on the main screen, navigate to the Settings section of the app. You can typically find the Settings option in the menu or profile area of the app. Tap on it to open the settings page.


Once you are inside Settings, look for the Payment History option and tap on it. This is where all of your billing information is stored and displayed in a clear and organized manner. You will be able to see a complete record of all your past transactions, giving you a full overview of your payment activity on the platform.


Within your Payment History, you will find orders listed under three different statuses. The first is Paid, which reflects all transactions that were successfully completed and processed without any issues. The second is Failed, which shows any transactions that were attempted but could not be completed due to reasons such as insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions. The third is Cancelled, which displays any orders that were cancelled before the payment was fully processed.


It is also important to understand how our order system works. Every single order in your billing history corresponds directly to one subscription. This means that each time you purchase a subscription on Needle Expense Tracker, a new order is created and recorded in your payment history. There is a one to one relationship between every order and every subscription, making it easy to track exactly which payment belongs to which subscription period.

You will never have to wonder about a charge or question a transaction, as everything is clearly documented and accessible within the app whenever you need it.
