How to cancel a subscription

We completely understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your subscription, and we want to make sure that process is as clear and transparent as possible for all of our users. Needle Expense Tracker does allow subscription cancellations, and here is everything you need to know about how it works and what you need to do to cancel your plan.

Before getting into the steps, it is important to understand our cancellation policy. We offer a 7 day cancellation window from the date your subscription was originally created. This means that if you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so within 7 days of the subscription creation date. Once this 7 day window has passed, the subscription will no longer be eligible for cancellation. We strongly encourage all users to review their subscription as soon as it is activated and raise a cancellation request within the allowed timeframe if needed.
